We provide 14 days of cancellation, valid from the day you receive the item. If you regret your purchase, we must have received your package within 14 days. You are required to return the item in the same condition and the same packaging as it is received.
You can, of course, regret your purchase even if you try our products. You can always follow our product return guide. You can undo a purchase either by refusing to receive the item, by transferring the item to the postal service, or by returning the item to our address by mail.
The amount will be transferred to the card you have paid when we have returned the item and checked that it match the cancellation rules. For security reasons, it is not possible to transferred to another card for which the money is to be transferred. If you regret the purchase, the goods must be returned to Shawn London in proper material.
Our delivery time is 1-4 business days depending on GLS, which we use to send all our orders. If you order before 13.00 on weekdays, we will endeavour to send your package the same day. With us, you will pay for the shipping if the order is less than 450 DKK.
If the order is over 450 DKK, there is free delivery to the nearest store shop.
You can send free return once.

Each time we send out packages, there is of course a risk that your order will be damaged and here is the responsibility of us. We will of course replace the package if something happens to it during delivery. Simply let us know as soon as you have received the package. Remember to have documentation ready so we can forward it to GLS.
Please note that if there is more than 14 days left before we hear from a damaged package, responsibility will be handed over to you.
If you are so unfortunate that there is a complaint on one of our products, you always have 2 years of warranty. After this we will not be able to be held responsible. This means that within 2 years you will be able to get the product repaired, exchanged, refused or returned your money.
You must always be able to document the defect on the product with images and would like to report the issue as detailed as possible so that we can approve your complaint.

If the damage is self-inflicted or if the error has occurred as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behaviour, the complaint does not cover.
As you have discovered, all orders from Shawn London are sent out in our custom-made boxes with a return label at the bottom of each box. This return must be completed if you want to return products to us.
Fill out your order number: Where can I find it?
When you ordered the item with us, you received an order confirmation and you will be able to find your order number at the top of this mail - the order number is a 5-digit number. This number should only be printed on your return label if you wish to send a return to us.
Name of the item: Where do I find this?
All Shawn London products have different names. Boy names on men's side and girl’s names on the girls side. You will find the name of your product in the same order confirmation as mentioned above. Just type the name of the product you have ordered.
Switch to another size / other item: How do I do it?
At this point, simply fill in if you want to switch to a different size or to a completely different item on the website.
If you want to switch to a different size, simply type in the box which size you want to switch to.
However, if you wish to exchange your item for a completely different product on the website, fill in the boy name or girl name of the item you wish to trade. - Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch to an item that is more expensive than the item that was first purchased. You can find all the names of the website under each product.
Money Return: What Should I Do Here?
Here you only have to cross off if you wish to receive your money back for the products you have received from us. Your money will be transferred to the same card as you used on our website.

Can I deliver my package physically to you?
All return packages must be returned to us. You can’t not deliver them physically to us.
Why cannot I get my money back or switch to another size?
Once we have received your return package, we make sure that it meets our requirements and, if it does not, it will not be possible to exchange your items.
We will not be able to exchange your products or return the money if:
- The hang tag has been removed or broken
- The product has been washed in the meantime.
- The product is damaged.
- The product has been in contact with perfume, makeup, smoke or animal.
If the above is not met, return cannot be done.
We are SSL-approved, which means that it's a secure connection you're shopping on. But what is a safe connection? A secure connection, often called HTTPS or SSL (or TLS, which is the successor to SSL), ensures that information exchanged between the visitor's browser and a website or web shop remains private and thus secured against hackers or others who tries to spy or steal information gets the information exchanged. When you shop with us, we protect your personal information. We regularly update the content of our policy for how your personal information is processed. We are responsible for all personal information such as name, address and email that you pass on to us or as we are informed when you shop with us. The information is kept with us, and of course we also take responsibility for these confidential information.
